Have you tried Chantecaille's Future Skin foundation & Just Skin tinted moisturizer? The company's tinted moisturizer has more pigment/coverage than the foundation, which has more luminosity instead. Both have the texture of gel/cream. I combine Auric's glow lust w/ both products. I like Salt NY sneaky balm but it doesn't last long + isn't as moisturizing as I need it to be. I used to be able to wear both Salt NY & Blunder Cover foundation from Monica Blunder, but since I've gotten older Chantecaille's base products have been a game changer. No creasing or drying. My skin still feels like skin; it just looks luminous, healthy, has that glow from 'within' look and not 'covered up' since the coverage is v sheer. Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts and experiences in such a vulnerable, open, honest and sincere way. Listening to your stories/ life updates uplifts me immensely.

If acne is concerning you can get tea tree oil high quality on its own and get a bottle of aloe. Dump half of it out in a Tupperware to save for later. Fill the aloe bottle up with half the bottle of tea tree oil and shake to mix. I use that on my face and with your body wash add 1 cup of bleach to your body wash and shake it up. If cystic acne is bacterial this should work because I do it for recurrent staph infections to keep it at bay. So far so good and I’m clear.

I like watching commentary on this kind of media honestly because the overconsumption content does appeal to me but getting it dosed in between cautionary commentary helps in some way with feelings of guilt or disgust

I just want to say that if you are one of those people complaining at Sam that she is ‘scaring people’ and ‘putting people off having kids’ that you should be ashamed of yourself for wanting to withhold such experiences. Women have a right to be informed of what they can expect to have happen, no matter how traumatic, and that going through pregnancy, child birth, and raising a child can be a very difficult experience, one that you are allowed to pass on if it sounds too hard, and that the women who have gone through it that their experiences are valid. ALL experiences should be spoken about openly and acknowledged - not just the ‘nice’ ones that paint the whole experience in a positive light. Our bodies and experiences have been controlled and hidden for too long and thank you Sam for sharing yours 🤍

People aren’t just paid more because it’s expensive to live in North America countries like China just don’t care if they’re citizens can’t afford to live again that’s why they have sweatshops which is illegal in North America

If you support small business, you need to demand lower taxes that’s why so many companies go under and why big companies usually go to places like China and other countries because again they can get away with paying their employees less but also they are taxed less

Why do you think so much stuff comes from China? because they’re sweatshops and they don’t have to pay their employees much which is really sad

Like how people expect a small business to have 80 different shades of Foundation right away? Im All for inclusivity but some brands can only start with say 6 shades. For me, its fine as long as they tried to be a bit broad in those 6 shades & expect them to add more as they grow

I will say it’s getting harder and harder to be truly unique because there’s so many products out there. It’s like music. The best are still sampling and borrowing sounds because almost everything has been done.

I actually believe most people are buying less make up products than they were in 2016 or at least that’s the case for me. The market is way over saturated but for a while they are people were trying to keep up with these beauty gurus and buying way too much make up

I just don’t like when its clear a celebrity just threw their name on a product and had no real input. if they truly put the effort into it and it’s a passion of theirs thats fine, but to throw a name on just for sales is smart, but I dont buy products just because a celebrity is tied to it.
